Way to Success
“Major barriers to successful planning are fear of change, ignorance, uncertainty about the future and lack of imagination”.
Every person has their own ideas and expectations in every aspect of their lives on how to gain success in everything we do. There are many processes involved in achieving goals as to become successful. In my own personal story regarding this matter, I have also encountered a lot of processes. Here is the short story of my life while working in the company of Mr. Ronald Flynn called Spectrum Blue Steel.
It was Sunday afternoon around 3o’clock when I arrived here in Raya Garden where the company’s office is currently located. Take note that we are still searching for the right office space that could provide us a healthy work place. During that time, I accepted the job that Mr. Ronald Flynn gave me. I am so glad and very happy as well as emotional because finally I got a job. It has been very difficult for me to find a nice job with good salary since I don’t have a degree in college. I was so thankful he gave me this opportunity.
Mr. Ronald Flynn started to teach me on what to do, about my duties and responsibilities and of course a brief background about the business. I was exactly amazed that time. I couldn’t believe it was happening. I just can’t believe that I’m working with a very rich and famous man. All my dreams came true. Ever since I was young, I always dreamed of working in an office. The first task I was assigned was to make blogs. As a first timer, it took me hard to do it but because I was very willing to learn, I did the best I can and finally I did it. I have learned a lot from this kind of work and I know someday I’m going to be successful because of my experience here.
I have also gained friends upon working here. My officemates are very friendly and it wasn’t hard for me to work with them. But there are some you can’t really get along with. The saying “you can’t please everybody” fits here. Fortunately, we have a very understanding boss who treated us all like his children so the workplace became healthy for us.
About the company, we are just starting. We are currently looking for prospect investors on the project we are into. By the way, our company is promoting Biosphere technology and Fightersoft here in the Philippines. Biosphere is the kind of technology where garbage can be used as a source of electricity. On the other hand, fightersoft is the newest technology wherein we can do a lot of things at the same time with just a click on our cellular phones. It’s amazing and I can’t wait to avail such kind of technology.
